When Tim flew out to see me in New Mexico a couple of years ago (I was leading a workshop for IB teachers), I only had one chance to take him out for honest-to-goodness excellent New Mexican food in Santa Fe. We went here, and it was amazing. (My tip: get a reservation—it takes two seconds and saves you a wait of an hour or more.)
