Ugh—where are the dance anthems this summer? Other than “All the Lovers,” there hasn’t been anything out there—in original or remixed form—that has grabbed my ear and made me want to get up and move. Needless to say, my usual “Summer Anthem” mix this year is looking/sounding pretty weak. This one is only an hour long, and while there are a few gems scattered throughout (“Tweak Your Nipple” is as good as its title suggests), it all seems a bit lackluster to me. Maybe the anthems will explode in the second half of the summer. Hope so, anyway.
